What We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong background recruiting within the media, advertising, marketing, creative, digital, or agency sectors . You'll bring: Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in an RPO, embedded, agency, or in-house environment Strong knowledge of the media and advertising talent landscape Experience recruiting specialist talent across creative, client services, strategy, digital, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions Exceptional sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping capability Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a build-and-scale environment Why Join?
